came in here to say this. That's how I gauge my fitness. If I can play 90 minutes without huffing and puffing at any point during the game, I know I'm in shape.

Also the 5K in ~ 20+ minutes is a good one as well.

At this point for me its whatever my dr. tells me. I get a physical and blood work then he tells me everything is ok no need to change anything then I'm in shape.
